★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DESASTRE À ÉVITER!! Ils ont prelevé le montant trimestriel du compte, sauf que CHAQUE MOIS (donc trois fois plus le montant legal qu'ils avaient droit de prelever avec la domiciliation qu'on les avait fait).
Le premier mois ils ont pretendu qu'il y avait eu une erreur car ils faisaient une migration de leur logiciel comptable... la deuxième ils ont carrément menti et pretendu ne pas réçevoir les justifiants bancaires qui prouvaient les prelevements.
Le SERVICE APRÈS VENTE est non professionel, ils n'ont pas voulu retourner l'argent injustement perçue. Ils ne répondent même pas les mails pour se désabonner. CATASTROPHE TOTAL.
Les magazines ne sont même pas arrivés correctement, il y a toujours qui manquent et ne sont jamais remplacés.
Au total on nous a pris du compte 205€ pour une dizaine de magazines avant que l'on annule la domiciliation européenne pour arrêter le VOL.
On attends encore le remboursement de l'argent qu'ils nous ont pris du compte.
Absoluement À ÉVITER c'est de l'arnaque, ils ne se responsabilisent de rien.
DISASTER TO AVOID!! They withdrew the quarterly amount from the account, except that EVERY MONTH (so three times the legal amount they were entitled to with the direct debit we had made).
The first month they claimed that there had been an error because they were migrating their accounting software... the second they outright lied and claimed not to have received the bank receipts which proved the direct debits.
The AFTER SALES SERVICE is unprofessional, they did not want to return the money unfairly collected. They don't even respond to unsubscribe emails. TOTAL DISASTER.
The magazines didn't even arrive properly, there are always missing and never replaced.
In total we were charged €205 for a dozen magazines before we canceled the European direct debit to stop the THEFT.
We are still waiting for the refund of the money they took from our account.
Absolutely AVOID it's a scam, they don't take responsibility for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant experience with the Service Client when calling them. I was responded with a categorical "NON", but not that kind of gentle answer in which the person tries to guide you in other directions or offer assistance, but that kind of "non, j'ai mal dormi et j'ai envie d'emmerder tout le monde". It sounded more like "non, car j'ai pas envie". I think the Publisher must be wonderful to work with but not with the lady answering the phone.
