Excellent service! Compétent, rapide et d'après les prix que j'ai pu comparer chez leur concurrents, ED maintenance est meilleur marché... du moins, pour un entretien de chauffe bain.

Pour le remplacement d'un petit morceau de tuyau PVC entre le tuyau dans le mur et le tuyau du WC ainsi que le remplacement des 2 petites charnières qui tiennent la lunette de mon WC, ils m'ont demandé plus de 616 euros!!! En fait, ils ont envoyé 2 personnes: un ouvrier expérimenté qui donnait des ordres au plus jeune qui faisait tout le boulot sous sa supervision. Ils m'ont compté pour cela 5 heures de travail x 2 hommes en main-d'oeuvre!!! Et ce n'est pas tout. A la fin de leur travail, l'ouvrier plus âgé m'a demandé de payer immédiatement par Bancontact. Comme je n'en revenais pas du montant demandé, l'ouvrier superviseur a téléphoné à la secrétaire qui m'a dit que je pouvais payer dans la semaine. Le lendemain, j'ai reçu une facture dans ma boite-aux-lettres: on m'avait compté en plus 12,50 euros de frais administratifs!!! Soit au final 629 euros!!! Le malheur, c'est que c'est un vrai travail de cochon pour un prix exhorbitant!!! Car je reste avec un trou inesthétique dans mon carrelage et dans mon mur. Rien n'a été colmaté proprement!!! Lorsque je me suis renseignée à la concurrence en expliquant le travail de façon précise, le prix variait entre 150 et grand maximum 250 euros!!! A bon entendeur...

The misfortune is that it is a real job of pig for an exorbitant price! Because I stay with an unsightly hole in my tile and in my wall. Nothing was clogged cleanly !!!
