Wij hebben goed op voorhand de diensten van ecobouwer Craeghs laten inplannen. Wanneer het moment naderde kregen we geen communicatie. Na zelf te bellen, was hij het totaal vergeten en kon hij niet een zinnig antwoord geven op wanneer hij dan wel ging komen. We spraken af dat wij een deel zelf gingen doen en dan de afwerking, want anders liepen we te veel achter. Natuurlijk heeft ons dit maanden gekost om het zelf fatsoenlijk te kunnen uitvoeren, we waren eindelijk klaar en nu kon ecobouwer de afwerking komen doen. Weer geen communicatie, zelf gebeld, hij was het weer helemaal vergeten. Hij kon ook niet zeggen wanneer hij dan wel kon komen of andere suggesties aanbieden. Daar stonden we weer, en het moest snel geleemd worden. Een grote flop, het heeft ons veel tijd gekost doordat ze eigenlijk niet hebben gecommuniceerd en niet hebben ingepland. Een grote flop, onprofessioneel. Ik ben niet iemand die snel een recensie zal schrijven, en zeker niet als het slecht is. Maar deze samenwerking vond ik het toppunt want er was geen.

We had the services of eco-builder Craeghs planned well in advance. When the moment approached we got no communication. After calling himself, he had completely forgotten about it and could not give a meaningful answer as to when he would come. We agreed that we would do part of it ourselves and then finish it, because otherwise we would be too behind. Of course this took us months to be able to perform it properly ourselves, we were finally ready and now ecobouw could come and do the finishing. Again no communication, called himself, he had completely forgotten again. He also couldn't say when he could come or offer other suggestions. There we were again, and it had to be cleared quickly. A big flop, it cost us a lot of time because they actually didn't communicate and didn't schedule. A big flop, unprofessional. I'm not one to write a review anytime soon, especially if it's bad. But I thought this collaboration was the pinnacle because there was none.
