Grotten bad information retrieval and transfer, poor translation qualities. Error in information query is attributed to "on-site personnel" (workshop or breakdown service).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible work place guided by frustrated management. The people who work there are not taken seriosly, are given loads and loads or work, talking non-stop with few secunds in between calls, and are not rewarded financially for the hard work they do daily.
Any kind of improvement is simply not possible.
While management takes huge salaries, while solving 0 problems, busy bees keep talking on the phone and are making "peanuts".
