★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben hier een offerte aangevraagd per mail. Na twee mails te sturen, kreeg ik geen reactie dus heb telefonisch contact opgenomen. Ik zou dezelfde dag teruggebeld worden. Uiteraard niet het geval. Na drie dagen een mailtje met de vraag om meer informatie door te geven. Dit doorgegeven maar wederom geen reactie. Na drie herinneringen nog steeds geen offerte binnengekregen. Mijn advies: zoek zeker een andere firma. Als je al na drie weken geen offerte binnenkrijgt, zal de service bij problemen ver te zoeken zijn. BLIJF HIER WEG!
We have requested a quote here by email. After sending two emails, I did not receive a response so I contacted us by phone. I would be called back the same day. Obviously not the case. After three days an email with the request to provide more information. This passed on but again no response. Still no quotation received after three reminders. My advice: be sure to find another company. If you do not receive a quotation after three weeks, the service will be hard to find in case of problems. STAY AWAY HERE!
