★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our worst aftersales services experienced so far. When we opened the stone packages a few weeks after having received them, there were huge stains on the stones. Ebema refused to make any move by insisting that complaints had to be filed within maximum 14 days - without having informed us about this deadline before. Ebema also provided us with erroneous information on how to build a terrace which led us to order wrong quantities of split and broken rock. But Ebema refused to assume the costs generated by their fault, arguing that there had been a "misunderstanding" while getting caught up in contradictions. It is sad and annoying to see how little importance Ebema attaches to trustful relations and to its own values. Conclusion: don't buy Ebema unless you are ready to accept extra costs and a terrace that looks like that:
