★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, proberen een mototrailer te huren. Ze beloven binnen de 3 uur te antwoorden, heb niets gezien of gehoord. Dan maar zelf proberen bellen naar het afhaalpunt in Ukkel daar val je steeds op het faxtoestel. Na meer dan 1 dag geprobeerd te hebben en ook het callcenter gebeld te hebben die ook niet meer konden doen dan te proberen bellen naar hetzelfde tel nummer dat niet antwoord....krijg ik eindelijk iemand vast in het filiaal...of ze een mototrailer Hebben??? Jaja we hebben er 1 die vrij is.....MAAR hij is kapot binnengebracht en zal pas eens hersteld worden als de mannen van easytrailer tijd hebben om langs te komen ??? wat een klucht mannen! In 1980 zou je daarmee nog weggekomen zijn maar toch niet in 2021..... ooit gehoord van online boekingplatformen met onmiddellijke koppeling aan verhuuragenda ??
 Bad service, trying to rent a motorbike trailer. They promise to reply within 3 hours, haven't seen or heard anything. Then try calling the collection point in Uccle yourself, there you will always fall on the fax machine. After trying for more than 1 day and also calling the call center who also couldn't do more than try calling the same phone number that doesn't answer.... I finally get someone stuck in the branch... Have a motorcycle trailer??? Yes we have 1 that is free.....BUT it was brought in broken and will only be repaired when the men from easytrailer have time to come by ??? what a farce guys! You would have gotten away with that in 1980, but not in 2021..... ever heard of online booking platforms with an immediate link to the rental calendar??
