★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manque de politesse du patron... reçoit le client tout en téléphonant. Pas de bonjour...prend mon ticket... me ramène mon article en marmonant un aurevoir.... première et dernière fois que j'y vais. Quand au Pantalon ... il était ok.
Lack of politeness from the boss ... receives the client while telephoning. No hello ... take my ticket ... brings me my article by mumbling a goodbye .... first and last time I go there. As for the Pants ... it was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai récupéré mon costume 3 pièces pour 19€ en bon état et assez rapidement, en plus ils ont réussi à faire partir des taches de graisse que je ne pensais pas rattrapable et ils ont fait plusieurs petites réparations gratuitement ! Le tout est servi avec le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse, bref dans mon cas ce fut une très bonne expérience !
I got my 3-piece suit for € 19 in good condition and quite quickly, plus they managed to remove grease stains that I didn't think could be recovered and they made several small repairs for free! Everything is served with a smile and a lot of kindness, in short in my case it was a very good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai constaté que mon manteau a PAS été nettoyé..plus jamais je porte mon linge chez eux ...je le recommande a personne vous allez payé pour rien.
I noticed that my coat was NOT cleaned..I never carry my laundry to them again ... I recommend it to anyone you will pay for nothing.

Ils ont irreversiblement abîmé ma robe de soirée et quand j'ai posé la question, ils m'ont répondu qu'ils ne sont pas spécialistes des tissus.
Voilà la réponse à laquelle j'ai eu droit.
Je vous déconseille vivement de ne pas y amener vos habits aux quels vous tenez.

Not professional.
They irreversibly damaged my evening dress and when I asked the question, they replied that they are not fabric specialists.
This is the answer to which I was entitled.
I strongly advise you not to bring your clothes that you care about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sûrement très bien si vos vêtements sont déjà propres. Par contre si vous avez l espoir de retirer des petites taches de vos vêtements (signalées préalablement), perte de temps et d argent. L un de mes manteaux est également revenu avec un bouton cassé (rien de dramatique en soi si au moins ledit manteau était revenu correctement nettoyé).
Certainly very good if your clothes are already clean. On the other hand, if you have the hope of removing small stains from your clothes (previously reported), waste of time and money. One of my coats also came back with a broken button (nothing drastic in itself if at least said coat came back properly cleaned).
