★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With out doubt the poorest service I have ever had in Brussels. It took more than 45 minutes before getting what I needed with only one person in front of me, there was no greetings, the staff looked incompentent and was unfriendly.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

However last time they plainly made me pay €30 for my prints because their machine stated it had printed coloured prints, yet all pictures where black and white. I should have walked out and gone to a different place but since I was on a deadline I needed my prints. Good prints but horrible service! Near Rue Neuve is another one I'm taking my business there from now on.
