★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room has given to new arrivals twice so had people attempting access. The bathroom had no sink so found myself brushing my teeth in the sink in the kitchenette as well as washing my hands after using the toilet. The lights were out in the bathroom leaving only one of the three working. There was only one power outlet in the entire room above the sink in the kitchen. The room smelled of mold and I soon found why. Mold above the window and water damage next to the heating unit with wet carpet. The closet had one door with the other half pushed behind the closet. The water heating unit for the building was next to my bed and gave off a disturbing noise everytime water was used in the building, day and night. I paid handsomely for a week stay and half way through left after the owner was unapologetic and cynical in his reply in regards to my complaint stating 'next time you should book a 5 star hotel' and 'the photos on the site show everything I complained on'. This was certainly not the case so have included the photos for the reference of future guests. I will never stay here again and have requested further compensation with my credit card company.
