Luc the administrator lied about the motorcycle age and for being more than 3 years old I am now having issues to register the motorcycle.
Luc tried to go to the DIV and lied about the real issue and told me that the issue was for having moved to a different address.
I found about the motorcycle age because the original order was left on the desk.
One of the staff tried to hide it when saw me that I was reading it.
Regarding your reply: Yes you lied
and try to hide the paper work from.
Luc avoided to speak english until he found out that there is a problem. Now he is fluent in english.
A very dishonest service and dissapointing experience being new resident in Belgium.
Becareful when you buy here.
