P	Peter Bellemans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In januari een keuken besteld. De datum van levering werd enkele keren verplaatst en finaal vastgelegd op 27/08. Twee dagen voor de levering, op 25/08, vernemen we van DSM dat ze vergeten waren om onze keuken bij de producent te bestellen. Opnieuw uitstel van levering tot begin Oktober. Onze keuken staat er nu een week, zonder koelkast, zonder vaatwasser, met een fornuis waarvan 1 oven het niet doet en met onderdelen van de meubelen die ontbreken. Bij customcare kan niemand een antwoord geven op al onze vragen mbt de levering van de ontbrekende stukken. Ter compensatie van de opgelopen hinder werden ons 4 huishoudtoestellen beloofd waarvan we er finaal 1 hebben gekregen. Al ons mails naar de functionele mailadressen van DSM, info@, customcare@ en boekhouding@ blijven onbeantwoord. Wij van onze kant hebben altijd correct de afspraken nageleefd, de facturen werden netjes vooraf betaald, met als gevolg dat we nu machteloos staan tegenover een bedrijf dat zijn afspraken niet nakomt. We zouden al blij zijn met concrete antwoorden op onze vragen en het vooruitzicht dat we deze ellende zo snel mogelijk achter ons kunnen laten. Ordered a kitchen in January. The delivery date was moved several times and finally set on 27/08. Two days before delivery, on 25/08, we learned from DSM that they had forgotten to order our kitchen from the manufacturer. Delivery delay again until early October. Our kitchen has been there for a week now, without a refrigerator, without a dishwasher, with a stove of which 1 oven does not work and with parts of the furniture that are missing. At customcare no one can answer all our questions regarding the delivery of the missing pieces. To compensate for the inconvenience suffered, we were promised 4 household appliances, of which we finally received 1. All our e-mails to the functional e-mail addresses of DSM, info@, customcare@ and accounting@ remain unanswered. For our part, we have always correctly complied with the agreements, the invoices were neatly paid in advance, with the result that we are now powerless against a company that does not fulfill its agreements. We would already be happy with concrete answers to our questions and the prospect that we can put this misery behind us as soon as possible.

Suite à des problèmes de mesure de plan de travail, mauvais montage de meuble et oublie de commande, il a fallu 4 mois et demi pour terminer la cuisine. Le placeur a du passer 3 fois pour continuer notre cuisine, des coups sont fait lors du dernier passage sur nos electro mais dsm ne veut rien entendre car le 1er passage était il y a 4 mois. Aucun geste de leur part même si nous avons passé les fêtes dans des planches à la verticale. Nous aurions peut-être été mieux servi ailleurs pour une cuisine de ce budget Good quality furniture. Le vendeur m'a regardé de haut en bas, en me jugeant et me dis que la gamme de base chez eux c'est minimum 20 000€. Je rétorque que c'est une petite cuisine sa réponse :"et bien faut compter entre 12 et 14 000€." Un gros sentiment de jugement ! Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié ma 1ere et dernière expérience chez eux. I went there today to make an estimate and therefore an idea of price for a kitchen of 7m². The salesperson looked at me from top to bottom, judging me and told me that the basic range for them is a minimum of € 20,000. I reply that his answer is a small kitchen: "well you have to count between 12 and 14,000 €." A great sense of judgment! I did not enjoy my 1st and last experience with them at all.

Ondanks dat er intern wat veranderingen zijn gebeurd, kan steeds terecht bij een personeel van de DSM Keukens en ik krijg snel antwoord. Dit vind ik echter fantastisch. Ik voel me gerustgesteld. Not having a clear image from the start of the kitchen for us, we have been advised by Mr Jacobs, who patiently walked us through several options adapting to our needs whenever necesary. Thank you very much Mr Jacobs for all the support and for exceptionally coming outside working hours to finalise our project before leaving on holiday. Thanks to the entire DSM team for making our dream kitchen becoming a reality!

They are inconsistent with their pricing and rely on questionable reviews to drive SEO traffic to their store. If you've been targeted by their ads, don't waste your time going to see them. They offer the exact same stuff as any other kitchen shop but charge more and are snarky about it. Do not trust the myriad of five star reviews written by accounts with a single review on maps. To be avoided at all costs.
M	Margherita Leone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a very nice welcoming, planification and decision of signing the contract (with a certain degree of pressure from the vendor), the customer care of DSM simply doesn't work. Contract signed in January, kitchen finalised and ordered in March to be delivered in July, the delivery date was respected BUT with some kitchen elements missing and with very bad finalisation. I had to wait 3 months to get the second appointment to finalise the kitchen (DSM has basically 1 person installing kitchen, who is swamped with all the orders), after having called more or less each week (it was never possible to speak with the responsible for the project and I was never called back) and sent several emails. The moment I got mad of not receiveing any answer (also because I had read several bad reviews) and mentioned to the receptionist that I was planning to file a complain to test-achat, I was contacted in two hours, the appointment was fixed and everything was finalised in a week time. The result is nice, but honestly I'm still wondering if the price was not a bit too much for the final quality. Definitely I would not suggest DSM to a friend.
