C	C GDC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n’avais jamais conduit , j’ai donc voulu prendre quelques heures en auto-école avant d’envisager une filière libre, de façon à apprendre les bases. Malheureusement j’ai plus eu l’impression d’apprendre la théorie mécanique , que la maîtrise du véhicule. J’ai souvent eu l’impression que le moniteur préférait conduire à ma place, et rattraper mes erreurs plutôt que de les corriger et de me faire progresser. Sur les 2h de cours ,on perdait beaucoup de temps à s’arrêter, prendre une pause , aller jusqu’à la voiture (voiture garé à 5min à pied) ,conduire jusqu’à des plus petites routes à l’autre bout de la ville pour au final pratiquer les manœuvres moins d’un quart d’heure ...et malgré tout ça le cours se terminait souvent avec 10 à 15 min d’avance sur l’heure prévue, ça ne serais rien si ça n’était pas aussi cher... J’ai l’impression d’avoir perdu du temps et de la motivation. Pourtant l’accueil se veut sympathique. Et les moniteurs donne de bon conseils et une bonne idée de ce à quoi on doit s’attendre à l’examen pratique . I had never driven, so I wanted to take a few hours in driving school before considering a free route, so that I could learn the basics. Unfortunately I felt like I was learning mechanical theory more than mastering the vehicle. I often felt that the instructor would rather drive for me, and catch up on my mistakes than correct them and move me forward. Over the 2 hours of lessons, we wasted a lot of time stopping, taking a break, going to the car (car parked 5 minutes away on foot), driving to smaller roads at the other end of the road. city to finally practice the maneuvers less than a quarter of an hour ... and despite all that the course often ended 10 to 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, that would be nothing if it weren't so expensive ... I feel like I've wasted time and motivation. Yet the welcome is meant to be friendly. And the instructors give great advice and a good idea of what to expect on the practice exam.

You can tell that he knows a lot about the theory and practical things about driving. Am taking my 20 hours here and would definitely recommend! Plus the location is good, in Uccle. One of the few schools in Brussels where they teach practical lessons in Dutch.

My driving instructor Eric was a perfect match. Good technical explanations, very patient, very friendly, very alert, good emotional intelligence (he always quickly put me at ease whenever I made a mistake). I actually had a good time during my lessons.
