J'ai passé une commande de quatre sets Lego pour un montant d'environ 1000€. Malgré les sms et mails m'indiquant que la commande était prête pour enlèvement, une fois en magasin un seul des quatre sets était présent.
Dans de nombreux magasins, on m'aurait expliqué que j'étais victime d'un bug informatique et que les articles n'étaient plus disponibles. Désolé et au revoir.
Mais la responsable de ce magasin à immédiatement essayé de trouver une solution en contactant d'autres points de vente, parvenant à trouver deux des trois sets manquants. Le lendemain elle me contactait pour m'indiquer avoir trouvé le dernier set manquant.
Service client exceptionnel.
Merci à dreamland pour ses prix très concurrentiels et à cette responsable pour son amabilité et son efficacité.

I placed an order for four Lego sets for an amount of around 1000 €. Despite the text messages and emails telling me that the order was ready for collection, once in store only one of the four sets was present.
In many stores, I was told that I was the victim of a computer bug and that the items were no longer available. Sorry and goodbye.
But the manager of this store immediately tried to find a solution by contacting other outlets, managing to find two of the three missing sets. The next day she contacted me to tell me that she had found the last missing set.
Exceptional customer service.
