Vous êtes ignoré, parfois un coup d œil derrière les masques.... Malgré plusieurs membres du personnel présents, une seule personne est habilitée à répondre aux nombreux clients présents. Armez- vous de patience et d indifférence pour avoir un contact humain. Quite disappointing reception! Elles se permettent de faire une remarque infondée et désagréable, alors que la moitié d'entre elles ne respectaient pas correctement les règles sanitaires contre la Covid.... Quant aux articles de la marque dreambaby, la qualité n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. De plus certaines commandes avec livraison au Colruyt arriveront avec plus d'un mois de délai sans que nous ayons été prévenue à la commande : super pour faire un cadeau... Bref nous terminons les chèques cadeaux que nous avons reçu, mais nous n'y retournerons plus. Very disappointed with our experience with this store for our birth list. Tout ça parce que jai simplement constaté que sur ce modèle bébé ne verrait rien et donc que ce serait plus pour quand il sera plus grand (puisque j'ai déjà un t-shirt de portage qui me convient parfaitement).. Déjà qu'il était nonchalant et franchement pas très serviable. Niveau conseil, zéro. Bref, à l'avenir j'irai effectivement dans une autre enseigne ! La première fois une dame très gentille s'est occupée de moi, puis j'ai dû revenir échanger un parc et un jeune homme nous a bien aidé. Les deux nous ont aidé à charger le parc dans la voiture. Bonne expérience pour ma part. Unlike the other reviews, we were very well received. Je ne connais pas le nom du vendeur, mais il s'est démené pour nous trouver une solution afin que l'on puisse voir la poussette en exposition dans quelques semaines alors qu'il y'a des ruptures de stock partout. Une vendeuse nous a ensuite fait la démonstration d'ouverture d'un lit cododo et donné toutes les informations que nous avions besoin. Bref nous avons été satisfaits Good experience.
