I was for advice for my son the saleswoman I had was a lady with short black hair she gave me the necessary information. The Staff is not there for sale May to really help the client's I recommend and I will stay there again.

Le gérant n'a pas voulu me faire un remboursement comme indiqué sur la garantie "en cas de défaut technique pendant la période de garantie l'appareil est remplacé ou remboursé gratuitement" (un bon d'achat n'est pas un remboursement). Ses arguments ne tiennent pas la route, je compte sur test achat pour récupérer mes droits. à bon entendeur.
No after-sales service, after having bought a baby monitor for 200 euros, this one unfortunately defective.
