Au début, c'était un peu difficile car je réalisais mal la gravite de situation de mon oeil compte tenu que ses diagnostic et suggestion m'ont un peu inquiété. Néanmoins, après une prise en charge de mon cas, j'ai découvert une spécialiste très professionnelle et extrêmement compétente dans son domaine outre sa courtoisie et son savoir écouter des préoccupations de ses patients. Mille mercis madame pour ce que vous avez fait pour mon cas. Je la recommande vivement à tous ceux qui ont des soucis critiques dans les yeux I had a rather special experience with Doctor Pourjavan. At first, it was a bit difficult because I did not realize the gravity of the situation in my eye, given that its diagnosis and suggestion worried me a little. However, after taking charge of my case, I discovered a very professional and extremely competent specialist in her field in addition to her courtesy and her knowledge of listening to the concerns of her patients. Many thanks madam for what you did for my case. I highly recommend it to anyone with critical eye concerns

Just measurements, diagnosis, medicine given with 0 reasons, comments or chances to dare to ask anything. (I asked if you can get astigmatism later in life and the doctor asked me what I studied in school, after which she requested me to stick to what I know... Of course no reply). Many other mocking remarks were made (like how my low tolerance to pain shows I don't have any children... Remark made when I said the eye drops she used on me hurt...). That was the worst a doctor ever treated me; highly unprofessional + expensive.

As soon as I introduced myself to her, she immediately made an effort to make me feel relaxed by speaking to me in Italian, my mother tongue, thus giving me the chance to express myself in the most natural way possible. Apart from that, she made me undergo a whole range of very thorough tests to have the most precise diagnosis of my issue, which she eventually explained in comprehensible terms even for a layman like me and in a very human way. I will certainly be treated by her in my future, as well. 5 stars and more!
