★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady with the pink hair should be fired.
Went there with a broken pair of relatively new doc martens to get them exchanged, however i didn't have the receipt. On the phone they told me it was no problem since they can look it up aslong as i provide the date of purchase.
So i arrive at the store and the lady with pink hair says: "it's too busy right now, can you come back in the evening?" Obviously she just wanted to make some sales so she could impress her boss or whatever.( important side note: apparently only the manager can look up stuff in the till so she was the only one who could help since she was the manager).
So i return later that day to find out her shift had actually ended ... Wasting about 2 hours of my time.
Fire her asap

you'll find all the classic collection, but also the new one and all the vegan one
it's possible to find scarf, socks.. also.
don't hesitate to ask for help, all the people working g there can help you in many languages.
one more thing, keep your receipt, all shoes are garantee for 1 year for any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the boots, i love the selling ppl style, their disponibility and real help. And the store is easy to find and go to. I would be also interested in a bigger store,cos this one it s small, but as long i can find my fav boots, i do not care when its crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl with black hair and tattoos (Marine according to my receipt) must be one of the most unpleasant, rude, lazy salespersons I have ever encountered. Unbelievable that such a person works in a service environment, since she obviously hates to be there and help customers.
Her male colleague has the complete opposite working attitude, what a relief. That's the reason this shopping experience gets 2 stars instead of 1.
For the rest I really love the shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop before and was very much impressed with the service. I bought two pairs with which I am very happy. I praised the shop and the service and the shop ever since.
However, I went in today ( 15/10/2020 at 11:00 am) and got such a terrible service that I ended up just leaving. I tried some boots on and I quite liked them but after that cold, rude and "I'm too cool for school" treatment I received, it was just a no go. First time I walked out empty handed.
Actually, it is my third and last visit to the shop, and the staff is always new. I wonder why that is but I guess I will never find out.
