Uiterst bekwaam, vriendelijk en empathisch!

Excellent médecin, très minutieux dans sa pratique et prend de le temps de vous expliquer les protocoles de façon très pédagogique. Consultation efficace et agréable. Mérite largement + que 5 étoiles.

Le Dr JD van der Endt est tout ce que l’on attend d’un professionnel. A l’écoute, généreux en explications claires, assure un suivi consciencieux de ces patients, et qui plus est, est très aimable.

After he recommended me to using a cream I needed to reach the doctor because of a very bad reaction. However, it is impossible to reach Dr JD van der Endt... I started calling the clinic and it is mostly busy. Finally I got someone to talk to and I was told that an e-mail will be sent to the doctor about the urgent situation and he will be calling me. However, no call occurred... Then, I had to sent two voicemails 2 days in a row. Again no improvement... Today around noon, I sent another voicemail (I need to send voicemail constantly because nobody is picking up) and again to reply... I just went to the clinic today for the urgency because the situation is really getting worse and unbearable... However, I was not allowed to talk to doctor. I just wanted to wait to able to talk to the doctor for 2 minutes about the medicine that i am using right now because the more i am using it the more it is getting worse. Apparently, their schedule is so tight that I am not even allowed to ask that.. Strangely, I was also told that they called me several times (which is not true, I have only 2 calls from an unknown number in one minute on 17th November) but I was in a meeting and couldn't pick up). And I was also told that after I did not return their ''calls'' they left me voicemails which I did not get them (I just searched online, voicemails should be activated beforehand, so if you are a patient with not activated voicemail, good luck with that! ). When I said "I did not get any voicemail or something", I was replied with "sorry but we sent it". So, I assume, in order to keep track of an urgent patient, their policy is just sending voicemails... I was not allowed to see the doctor but I was assured that the doctor will be calling me and guess what? Nobody is calling... I should also give the credit of Dr van der Endt that he really has taken good care of me... But if you want to reach him for an urgent event, their working scheme makes it impossible. You may start reading dermatology books which would probably work faster.
