// Original review // Highly disappointing - unprofessional, expensive and lack of communication. Expect to pay 70-75€ for a COVID test, which takes 30sec and can be done for 46-50€ at other practitioners. Worst of all – both times I did the test, the results contained errors. First time my name was misspelled and a wrong address was written. Second time it was linked to a Belgian ID number, which I don't have as I don't live in Belgium. Confirms appointments only to tell you she didn’t read what you need, that she doesn’t have what you’re looking for and can’t help you right away. Wouldn’t advise. // EDIT: As a reply to Dr. Epassa // This has nothing to do with public "defamation". I believe in fairness and transparency for everyone. When things are great, I share my opinion. I also share my opinion when things are not good. Feel free to review my profile on Google Maps, where you can see that most reviews I have given are 4-5 stars. Clearly, I am not someone who tries to shame others. Now, to add additional context, in a short form, on my review: (1) I visited Dr. Epassa 2x. Both times the reservation was made by DoctorAnytime. - My first visit, I requested to do ONLY the COVID test. My appointment was accepted. When I arrived, I paid 70 EUR. I did not have any consultation, I did not even enter her office. I spent 3 min in the practice, as I only went to the COVID testing area. It is true that I got some form of results "ON TIME", as Dr. Epassa said. However, these results were useless. Why? Because they made an error with my name on the results, writing SEBATIAN instead of SEBASTIAN and adding a wrong address. Basically, a worthless test for 70 EUR. I gave them my passport so they easily should've gotten this right. - My second visit, I requested through the DoctorAnytime platform, for a COVID test and a consultation for a specific skin treatment that I required. Dr. Epassa reviewed and accepted my appointment. When I arrived, I was charged 75 EUR. I entered her office, explained exactly what I had written in my initial request online.. To which she simply said: "Oh no, you can't do that here." If this was so clear, it is a shock that I my appointment was accepted? Those 3 mins of a "consultation" cost me extra, which had 0 value. I understand medical practitioners obviously get paid for consultations, but this was useless given I shared the info in advance. Once again, Dr. Epassa is correct that some form of test results were received "ON TIME" (her words). However, as last time – details were incorrect, as a random Belgian ID Card Number was added onto the test. I don't even have a Belgian ID Card?! They simply completely missed adding my Passport number, essentially making this again useless. It is 100% Dr. Epassa's right to be upset and angry. However, I am also highly disappointed by the experience, and I have every right to share this with people. I have shared all personal details and proof in an email to Dr. Epassa, so everything is documented and proven to be true.
