★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een dierenarts met het hart op de juiste plaats. Tijdens een wandeling hadden wij een aangereden poes aangetroffen. Poes huilde van de pijn en kon zich niet bewegen. Eén telefoontje en dierenarts Jan kwam meteen ter plaatse. Hij nam de poes mee maar kon haar helaas niet redden. 's Avonds belde hij me op. Ze overleed aan een gescheurde lever. Hij ging navraag doen in de buurt waar we haar gevonden hadden. Ik wou hem vergoeden voor zijn interventie maar dat was niet nodig. Hopelijk vindt hij de baasjes van de poes. Van harte bedankt, dokter Jan!
A vet with the heart in the right place. During a walk we had found a knocked-down cat. Cat was crying in pain and could not move. One phone call and vet Jan arrived immediately. He took the cat with him but unfortunately could not save her. In the evening he called me. She died of a ruptured liver. He was going to inquire in the area where we had found her. I wanted to compensate him for his intervention, but that was not necessary. Hopefully he will find the owners of the cat. Thank you very much, Dr. Jan!
