★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for couples work with Imago. First session was fine but Dr Herhkowitz then was repeatedly late for scheduled online sessions. On the second occasion he said it was because his wife was having an issue sending an email file and using the home computer when he was supposed to meet with us.
When we tried to discuss his lateness in the fourth session and told him that we were unhappy by his repeatedly being late to therapy we had scheduled and arrived on time online for he firstly said he was always at least ten minutes late, then he said we should check out what we had got from the one actual good session rather than discuss the facts of him being late. When I continued to tell him I was upset he hung up on us saying he would not charge us for the session! Priceless a therapist who can not deal with upset or angry people apparently.
