This company is the worst company in deliveries I have ever seen. They lost my bag and nobody in the company is doing something to find it. The call center charges about 0.15EUR per minute and you have to wait a lot on the call to find no solutions... My bag seems to be in some DPD delivery center in Belgium, but when I ask them that I want to go there and pick up by myself I receive a NO as an answer. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! even if you have to pay more on another company, as you see the 1.6 stars average in Google tells the true. I didn't read these messages before my shipment.

The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. They never delivered my package. When I called, they said they delivered it to a relay points. It was of course not there. I called them over 3 weeks a total of 6 times which I had to pay 0.30 cent per minute. They promised to call me and send me e-mail about the status of my package. Nobody ever called me. I even had the manager of CS on the phone and he promised to call me the next day. I am still waiting for his call... They are incompetent at their job. It is literally a scam. THEY ARE THE WORST!

I just arrived to the DPD company in Flemalle. Hello, I was greeted - standing outside the entrance and waiting for someone to open me gate. After 10 minutes, another random person opened. Then of course one employee informed the other employee, and the next one in order to look for my package. Next 20 minutes waiting, for now package information. This company is a big misunderstanding. But in the end I got my package. Apart from the fact that I had to overcome 240 kilometers.

NEVER USE THEM... Yesterday, a fragile package was delivered to me. I asked the driver to wait while checking the inside (litteraly 2 min). He refused and run away. Package was broken because poorly handeled by him. I called then the support to complain (70cents/min). I asked a copy of the complain to be sent by email... Promise promise, never recieve anything. If you want to ship somehting, use any other company but them...

My friend unfortunately missed the delivery of a package by a hair. They returned the day after when she again missed it by a hair. According to the track and trace a note should have been left in the letter box, but this letter was empty, and neither did I receive an email about where to get the package now. After 7 days of not hearing ANYTHING from DPD, the package was sent back to the original sender. No communication whatsoever. Thank god for bol.com for their amazing return policy.

The very worst "service" I have ever encountered from a delivery company. It was over 2 weeks late, after a series of at least 4 "attempts" to deliver it, claims that my address was incorrect (it wasn't), several placating emails promising delivery, even a phone call, and a claim that it couldn't be delivered due to "force majeure" (ummm... earthquake, war, hurricane, explosion... I think not). I had given up hope that my parcel would ever arrive, but it was finally delivered today by a friendly smiley driver, apparently a different one than before. I had been standing outside in the rain for 45 minutes to make sure he would stop. The previous guy allegedly "couldn't find the house" despite driving by. This is impossible as it is at the exact spot it is on Google Maps, and has a big number on the door. I doubt that he ever drove past. All lies and laziness. He should be reprimanded, trained, or just fired if DPD have any interest in improving their business. I am happy that the parcel is finally here, not stolen, and nothing is broken, as obviously many people are not so lucky. I will try to avoid ever buying from anyone who uses DPD to deliver their parcels. I would give it zero stars if that was at all possible.

So recived email that I put an wrong adress, and my parcel is at their delivery point, try call them, impossible.Then looked at my invoice I recived from the site I ordered and my adress was corect. Hope I will resolve it soon.

Really poor service. The courier delivers regular consignments around the lunch time, so it is absolutely impossible for a working person to take the consignments into the house, the courier does not even bother to call and immediately sends you a consignment to the pick up point. After checking the tracking number on the website, it shows the position of the shipment already at the pick up point, so I'm going to pick it up and, as a surprise, the shipment is not at the pick up point. In the last two months, 3 packs from DPD and all the problem, one has to go to the depots and find out where my shipment is. I strongly do not recommend the services of this company, because what this company demonstrates is a parody of the delivery service. I really don't know who gave this company the name Dynamic parcel service, this is joke.
