Amazing lavacake! ? Staff is friendly + they deliver at home (order above €15). They were always on time and delivered the right order. Also in store you don't have to wait really long. They have a lot more than just pizza's, they also sell fried chicken, salades,... When you order you need to say your name but don't expect them to write it right haha.. I've been called 'klienies'

Quality of the pizza is not bad the order is ready quite soon when you collect. I have encountered problems with the online ordering system however. As soon as your payment has been processed you get a message that says the order was cancelled because you took too long. The order then promptly disappears from the system. Check your bank account and you will find the money was successfully deducted. When you call in they are able to trace the order on their side. This is a big worry as many people will not realize the transaction went through successfully and they will reorder again and pay double. My suggestion to the owner/manager would be to handle customer complaints better. When the store have made the mistake of not including everything in the order it is not the clients responsibility to get back in their car to collect for a 2nd time - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to fix it yourself! I find the store reacts quite blasΓ© and matter of factly when they are the ones making mistakes. I have had at least 6 encounters with the same issue which indicates that this is a recurring issue. It is also important to ensure that you have the product available that you advertise on your website. If you don't simply remove the option from the website!!
