★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le personnel est lent mais une patronne qui téléphone pour s'excuser je n'ai jamais vu ça, on sent l'envie qu'elle a d'améliorer son "entreprise" je ne peux que l'encourager à réussir

Very little stocked frankly disappointed when you eat there it's okay but when you take to take nothing to see it lacks lots of stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande deux pizzas, a quasi 40 balles la commande le livreur n'arrive pas à trouver son chemin et donc livre des pizzas plus froides que mon frigo donc autant le dire dégueulasses ... ( Appel du livreur 25 min avant de finalement arriver avec les pizzas en mains en dehors d'une quelconque boîte isotherme )
Donc en résumé quasi 20 balles la pizza / 40 min de retard / froide de chez froide.
L'erreur étant humaine j'explique la situation, on me dit que c'est a cause du marché de Charleroi ( lol )
Et on me propose " une pizza medium gratuite sur ma prochaine commande " mdr merci mais non merci
Je n'ai pas insisté, mais comment dois je comprendre qu'on ne rembourse pas totalement une commande pareil.
Dernière fois dans cet établissement car concrètement chaques Domino's pizza propose le même produit la seul différence étant le service ............
Ordered two pizzas, the order was almost 40 bucks, the delivery guy couldn't find his way and therefore delivered pizzas that were colder than my fridge, so might as well say it was disgusting... (Call from the delivery guy 25 min before finally arriving with the pizzas in hand outside of any insulated box)
So in summary almost 20 balls pizza / 40 min late / cold from cold.
The error being human I explain the situation, I am told that it is because of the Charleroi market (lol)
And I am offered "a free medium pizza on my next order" lol thank you but no thank you
I did not insist, but how should I understand that we do not fully refund such an order.
Last time in this establishment because concretely each Domino's pizza offers the same product the only difference being the service ............
