Nu de nieuwe wijngaard zijn druiven geeft is de laatste Esquisse Brut Nature, gemaakt van Inzolia druiven, gebotteld. Vanaf 2019 maakt de nieuwe cuvee Chrysalide zijn opwachting. Ongelooflijk wat Johanniter en Souvigner Gris nu al brengen in het glas. Tijd om te toasten op de nieuwe parelende schuimwijnen ! Merci Valerie de ne pas aimer les vins tranquilles. Winemaking is a real family affair here. A true autodidact makes super successful bubbles here. Now that the new vineyard is giving its grapes, the last Esquisse Brut Nature, made from Inzolia grapes, has been bottled. From 2019, the new Chrysalide cuvee will appear.
