v	vavitaleo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UN DESASTRE !! J'attends toujours ma table commandée depuis 8 mois (juin 2018) chez Dolsofa. Elle a d'abord été perdue, puis recommandée et livrée cassée. Puis renvoyée à l'expéditeur (à mes frais !!) puis recommandée pour ne jamais arrivée chez moi. Enfin, j'essaye d'être remboursée depuis 4 mois, j'appelle l'entreprise tous les 2 jours et on me balade !!! Ca ne s'arrête jamais ! Ce sont des incompétents. On me raccroche au nez, on m'a même insulté au téléphone en m'invitant à "laisser tomber". Je n'ai pourtant pas le choix d'insister sinon je perds tout espoir d'être remboursée. Tout cela me prend beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. 0 empathie ! NE COMMANDEZ JAMAIS SUR DOLSOFA !!! A DESASTER !! I'm still waiting for my table ordered for 8 months (June 2018) at Dolsofa. It was first lost, then recommended and delivered broken. Then sent back to the sender (at my expense !!) and recommended for never arriving home. Finally, I try to be reimbursed for 4 months, I call the company every 2 days and I'm walking! It never stops! They are incompetent. I hang up in the nose, I was even insulted on the phone by inviting me to "drop". However, I do not have the choice to insist otherwise I lose all hope of being reimbursed. All this takes a lot of time and energy. 0 empathy! NEVER ORDER ON DOLSOFA !!!

I give 1 star pck there's no less after mm not 6 months of purchase I find myself with a rotten living room with screws coming out everywhere To flee .

Wanneer je een keuze hebt gemaakt dan nemen ze hier ook de tijd voor om je keuzes goed te plannen. Hebben een ruime keuze aan stoffen, meubels en interieurdecoratie. Wil je een Marokkaans salon samenstellen, dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Friendly people! Take their time to help you make your choice. Really give you time to look around. When you have made a choice, they also take the time to plan your choices well. Have a wide choice of fabrics, furniture and interior decoration. If you want to put together a Moroccan salon, then you've come to the right place. Good price-quality ratio.

Vraiment pitoyable!!! JE DÉCONSEILLE. Very very bad after sales service! The seams of our chair came loose after 3 months. It's been 1 year and still no news or feedback. Really pitiful!!! I ADVISE AGAINST.
