J’ai appelé pour avoir un rendez vous en urgence pour un cas assez grave. Le docteur m’a raccroché au nez après avoir dit qu’il ne consultait pas le week end, sans même prendre le temps de me rediriger vers un collègue ou même de dire « merci bonne journée »
 Not listening to the patient.
I called to have an emergency appointment for a fairly serious case. The doctor hung up on me after saying that he doesn't consult on weekends, without even taking the time to redirect me to a colleague or even to say "thank you good day"
