★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a lift, in theory it came in the trailer ready to use, when I got there it was in pieces for me to assemble and the explanations weren't that good, well a black and white piece of paper.
There were pieces missing, and half way through it stopped working.
They gave me 10% discount bit doesn't even cover the costs of renting another van and hiring a different lift.
Never again in my life will I use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was worn down, dirty and shouldn't be up for rent anymore. Staff refused to talk English with me and adressed my Dutch speaking friend instead. Even had her sign of the cars return, even though my name was on the contract. Check in and out slow. A shop to explain to general public why its a bad idea to rent a car. Disappointing.
At leat no further hassle it seems.
