Toen ik een springkasteel bestelde zonder dakje en het een regenachtige dag beloofde te worden, bracht DL-Events op eigen initiatief een springkasteel in een gelijkaardig model mee, maar mét dakje. Droge kindjes zijn blije kindjes. Blije kindjes zijn blije mama's :-) Excellent service, on time, good prices, smooth communication. When I ordered a bouncy castle without a roof and it promised to be a rainy day, DL-Events brought a bouncy castle in a similar model on its own initiative, but with roof. Dry children are happy children. Happy children are happy mums :-)

Heel vriendelijke mensen. Bij afbreken van de tenten werd alles netjes achter gelaten want we waren niet aanwezig. Topteam. Bij een volgend feestje weten we waar we moeten zijn :D Excellent service !!! Good communication via mail about the quotation, placement of material. The tents were carefully placed in our garden. Very friendly people. When the tents were torn down everything was neatly left behind because we were not present. Top team. At the next party we know where to go: D

Het contact verliep ook heel vlot en we kregen snel antwoord. We zijn zeer tevreden over de samenwerking! We rented a floor for our wedding party that was in the garden. We were very satisfied with the delivery, the floor itself and the collection. The contact also went very smoothly and we received a prompt reply. We are very satisfied with the cooperation!

Het kunnen bellen tot 24u de dag zelf voor het ophalen van het springkasteel is een dikke plus. Zo blijft het leuk voor de kindjes tot ze gaan slapen. Kortom, DL Events is zeker aan te bevelen ! Very clear communication. Very friendly and pleasant, yet professional managers. Exactly what you need for a fun family party! Being able to call up to 24 hours the day itself to pick up the bouncy castle is a big plus. This keeps the kids fun until they go to sleep. In short, DL Events is definitely recommended!
