Dit voelt niet aan als diëten.
Het is geen honger lijden.
Het is nadenken over wat men eet en een goed, gezond, proportioneel evenwicht vinden in de dagelijkse voeding en de dagelijkse beweging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier contact mee opgenomen en op afspraak geweest. Niet zozeer om af te vallen, want ik ben slank genoeg. Maar ik ben vrachtwagenchauffeur en wou een gezondere levensstijl en daar hoort natuurlijk ook een gezond voedingspatroon bij. Eliane heeft goed op deze vraag in gespeeld en mij tools gegeven waar ik mee aan de slag kan, ik moet zeggen ik heb al vele nieuwe dingen ontdekt en leren eten. Maar ik begin ook meer te bewegen en te relativeren. Dus voor mij is dit echt goed geweest en ik ga zeker nog een vervolg afspraak maken
I contacted this and made an appointment. Not so much to lose weight, because I am slim enough. But I am a truck driver and I wanted a healthier lifestyle, which of course includes a healthy diet. Eliane responded well to this question and gave me tools that I can use, I must say I have already discovered many new things and learned to eat. But I am also starting to move and put things into perspective. So this has been really good for me and I will definitely make another appointment
