T	Toubab Frank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik moet een ster geven opdat mijn reactie zou gepubliceerd worden, maar eigenlijk geef ik nul sterren. Er werd op de praktijk een baarmoederonsteking vastgesteld bij onze hond. We wilden hiermee dan met de hond naar de dierenkliniek gaan. Maar de praktijk overtuigde ons om het bij hen te laten doen omdat dit een standaardoperatie is die zonder problemen daar kon plaats vinden. Onze hond is tijdens de operatie gestorven, we hebben ook nooit een duidelijke uitleg gekregen waarom. Wat wel vlot verliep was het uitsturen van de hoge factuur, die kregen we de volgende dag al in onze mailbox. Van enig medeleven geen sprake, keiharde business. Hier hadden ze wel enkele dagen mee kunnen wachten. Dus ik raad deze praktijk ten zeerste af. I have to give one star for my comment to be published, but actually I give zero stars. At the practice, a uterine infection was diagnosed in our dog. We then wanted to take the dog to the veterinary clinic. But the practice convinced us to have it done at them because this is a standard operation that could take place there without any problems. Our dog died during the surgery, we never got a clear explanation why. What did go smoothly was the sending of the high invoice, which we received in our mailbox the next day. No sympathy whatsoever, tough business. They could have waited a few days for this. So I strongly advise against this practice.

Kan me geen beter vinden. Op veel plaatsen geweest. Deze Raad ik echt aan. Dank u wel nogmaals voor de goede zorg en ook de korrels voor de hond ze komt goed bij. Duur maar goed. Ben een te Vreden klant. Super sweet with my dog Holly and they are super sweet both with us and with the animals they take time with your dog they give the right medication She heals quickly they take the time to listen to me what your dog has of price ok expensive But I think it's worth it for what they do hats off to them. Can't find a better one. Been to many places. I really recommend this one. Thank you again for the good care and also the pellets for the dog, she is recovering well. Expensive but good. Am a happy customer.

R	Rose Santiago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors have no empathy. If you can't pay immediately, you won't get help, even if your pet is dying. Unprofessional, careless, negligent. Didn't write down all of our cats symptoms, then blamed it on one of their collegues who they refused to name. They gave us an appointment and then refused to let us in because it was a holiday. One of the doctors actually directly blamed us. Our cat died after days of suffering and they didn't seem to care unless they got paid. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
