★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war Mitte Juni bei der Gärtnerei Herrmann. Nach einer intensiven Beratung teilte man mir mit, dass ich Ende Juni ein Angebot bekommen würde. Letzte Woche schrieb ich dem Unternehmen eine Mail, die einfach ignoriert wurde. Jetzt haben wir den 14.07.2021 und muss leider eine andere Gärtnerei beauftragen. Durch dieses Unternehmen habe ich einen Monat verloren. Es ist sehr schade, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen im Bezug auf Kundenfreundlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit nicht empfehlen.
I was at the Herrmann nursery in mid-June. After an intensive consultation, I was informed that I would receive an offer at the end of June. Last week I wrote an email to the company that was simply ignored. It is now 07/14/2021 and unfortunately we have to commission another nursery. I lost a month because of this company. It's a shame how you deal with customers. I cannot recommend this company in terms of customer friendliness and reliability.
