f	fran vanhuffel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’avais pris ce notaire en confiance en juillet 2012. Mal m’en a pris, étant ami avec le frère de mon ex, il n’a pas défendu mes intérêts à l’achat de mon bien. Au final, en ne donnant pas les bons renseignements et en omettant d’expliquer l’indivision etc , je me retrouve ruiné et quasi sous la rue avec ma maman de 83 ans qui avait donné des fonds. Tout ceci n’est vraiment pas honnête et je ne peux le conseiller aux couples voulant acheter un bien. Je l’ai rémunéré chichement en faisant un prêt bancaire , je le regrette amèrement aujourd’hui I had taken this lawyer in confidence in July 2012. Evil took me, being friends with the brother of my ex, he did not defend my interests in the purchase of my property. In the end, by not giving the right information and by failing to explain joint ownership etc, I find myself ruined and almost under the street with my 83 year old mother who had donated funds. All this is really not honest and I cannot recommend it to couples wanting to buy a property. I paid him sparingly by making a bank loan, I bitterly regret it today

Nous avions déjà eu connaissance de ce bureau après le décès de notre papa et Madame Semincks égalait les mêmes qualités !
