★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a leak in our year old Benimar motorhome and contacted Benimar who suggested using DICAR to investigate the issue as we were travelling in Europe. From the first email to DICAR handing back a completely repaired vehicle the service was outstanding. The service team and mechanics at DICAR Geel were amazing from start to finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received absolutely first class assistance here today... the Receptionist, Sales Manager and Pascal, the guy who would usually focus on motorhome furniture fittings/modifications were all extremely helpful when we had an electrics problem whilst on holiday.
We called in as Dicar was the nearest Carthago dealer to us when we had a power failure in our motorhome. Despite the fact that they are not the dealer who sold us the Motorhome, or the fact that they had no dedicated mechanics on site, they welcomed us (and our dog), and Pascal immediately had a look into the issue. As suspected we had a failed 50amp fuse, and Pascal was able to find a spare part and replace it for us. Once proven to be resolved we were on our way (holiday) once again...
BIG THANKS to the Dicar team for service above and beyond anything we could have imagined ?? ?
#Carthago please take note - these guys are top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice showroom and a lot of models to see. We only give two stars as we had the feeling that the sales person was not interested in selling to us, so we went and bought a camping car somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend Dicar. I have a complain about Dicar. I rent a RV last weekend. Unfortunately the staff doesn't give enough explanation about the motor caravan and even they don't go inside the vehicle to inform you because of "Covid 19" in while you were picking the car but than Dicar charges you directly about the information they didn't provide. I did all the cleaning according to the information that we watched on you tube, so I faced a problem ( Because staff did not informed us inside of the car). The cleaning of the motor caravan Dicar did not accept their fault and charged me the damage directly. You should think twice before going around this address. I made more than 100 recommendations on Google and this my first negative recommend. I only add one star it's for the vehicle not staff or service.
