★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is incredibly rude and the service is horrible. They never replied emails and to get them on the phone was nearly impossible. They are very inflexible and show such an arrogant attitude when "handling" customer's questions...
Definitely not a place I'd recommend to anyone, they are thieves and don't even deserve one star!
Terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and lovely decorated areas, both the rooms and lobby. No elevator and the stairs are quite cramped, but once you get upstairs to your room you soon forget all that and find yourself in a piece of the history that Antwerp breathes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to cancel my booking and the hotel does not reply at all to my phone calls or emails to get the deposit reimbursed. I initially planned to stay at this hotel when replanning my trip next year, but I won't. They are thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely quaint hotel, perfect for the boutique traveler not looking for amenities per se but rather for a feel of old Antwerp. A special shout out to their wonderful staff, Jason, who was utterly charming and helpful! (As with other reviews, firmer mattresses would be a nice improvement, however.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay here and wished we could have been here longer. The hotel is wonderful! It is clean and attractively decorated. Breakfast was delicious. It is very centrally located. Jason was a pleasure to deal with - he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!
