De mevrouw van de dubbele afspraak kwam aan en probeerde mij te overtuigen om mijn afspraak te verzetten omdat ze dringend op vakantie moest, hierbij was de nagelstylist valop ja bij aan het knikken. Ze heeft haar excuses geen enkele keer aangeboden voor deze fout en geeft mij zelf boze blikken gegeven. Tot slot begon ze met da andere vrouw haar nagels te vijlen. Jammer van deze ervaring.
Very unprofessional. I had made an appointment that they forgot to schedule. The lady from the double appointment arrived and tried to convince me to reschedule my appointment because she had to go on holiday urgently, the nail stylist was nodding valip yes. She never once apologized for this mistake and gave me angry looks. Finally, she started filing her nails with the other woman. Shame about this experience.

like a nail cattle market never never ever again, avoid at all cost. If I could give no stars I would.
