V	Victoria D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ging er al jaren naartoe maar mijn laatste bezoek was een slechte ervaring. Heb een legging gekocht maar de maat was niet goed. Tijdens mijn aankoop werd mij gezegd dat ik hem mag terugbrengen als de maat niet goed is. Heb die 2 dagen nadien teruggebracht en de verkoopster deed heel moeilijk en ik kreeg een bon ter waarde van mijn legging die maar 3 maand geldig is... Ze wist niet veel en was echt niet vriendelijk. Heel spijtig. Went there for years but my last visit was a bad experience. I bought leggings but the size was not right. During my purchase I was told that I can return it if the size is not right. I brought it back two days later and the saleswoman was very difficult and I received a voucher worth my leggings that is only valid for 3 months ... She didn't know much and was really not friendly. Very unfortunate.

J’ai fais beaucoup d’achats, j’ai voulu retourner un article, un crayon à sourcils, à la base je ne savais pas que le Make Up ne pouvait pas être repris, je n’ai pas insisté mais la vendeuse me dit qu’elle va vérifier et revenue quelques minutes plus tard pour ensuite m’accuser avec « classe » qu’à ma grande surprise le crayon était sale et plus court que les autres, donc selon elle en gros j’aurais utilisé puis dissimuler pour le remettre, tout ça gentiment dit devant d’autres clients, chère madame ma tête vous convenait pas ?! J’étais de bonne humeur c’est par après que j’ai réalisé la manière dont j’ai été traité Rude saleswoman !!!! I did a lot of shopping, I wanted to return an item, an eyebrow pencil, basically I did not know that the Make Up could not be taken back, I did not insist but the saleswoman told me that she will check and come back for a few minutes later to then accuse me with "class" that to my surprise the pencil was dirty and shorter than the others, so according to her basically I would have used then cover up to put it back, all that nicely said in front of other customers, dear madam my head did not suit you ?! I was in a good mood that's afterwards that I realized the way I was treated

Today I entered your store and was treated very disrespectfully by one of your female employees who was attending the cash register; 13:00pm She spoke to me quite rudely and commanded me (yes, I said 'commanded me') to enter via the other side of the door and to put my bags on the side, as if I was her dog. I don't even speak to my dogs the way that she addressed me! Teach your employees some manners and common courtesy. It is not what she said, it's the way that she said it and her tone of voice. I have been shopping at your store next to the Delhaize since I moved to Meise and I will never go there again. I am really disappointed by the level of 'service' at this store.
