★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My DHL Parcel experience is really AWFUL. After missing 2 home deliveries (during the day, NO warning by text), they ask me to drive to their Opglabeek center - a 200 km trip !!!! - to retrieve my parcel.
In addition, I've spent 2 hours on the phone + mail to try to understand the situation.
Why? Because neither the paper they leave at home nor the web tracking tells you where your parcel is.
Additional frustrations:
- Their email representative has the nerve to declare that a warehouse 100 km away is "local"
- Their Facebook community manager answers in Dutch to my private post in English
Isn't it the exact definition of a nightmare in customer relation?

Many phone calls are made: no answer, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience: tracking site announces delivery; I wait for the package and suddenly the tracking site mentions 'address closed' - package will arive on another day!
I didn't leave the spot for one second and still the driver did not stop to deliver the package: no note, no mail, nothing.
Call center support: "I'm sorry but we are not able to support you in this case" !!!???!!!
Customer experience - in this case - is far below any moderate expectation.
