★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My DHL Parcel experience is really AWFUL. After missing 2 home deliveries (during the day, NO warning by text), they ask me to drive to their Opglabeek center - a 200 km trip !!!! - to retrieve my parcel.
In addition, I've spent 2 hours on the phone + mail to try to understand the situation.
Why? Because neither the paper they leave at home nor the web tracking tells you where your parcel is.
Additional frustrations:
- Their email representative has the nerve to declare that a warehouse 100 km away is "local"
- Their Facebook community manager answers in Dutch to my private post in English
Isn't it the exact definition of a nightmare in customer relation?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 home deliveries, after that you can drive halfway across the country to pick up the parcel within 5 working days and only during business hours. Who invents this??? My neighbour was home but delivering there was probably too much effort. Even when calling customer care they offer no alternative whatsoever. Worst delivery company ever. I would have given 0 stars but that's not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the wery first tume in this place, which place is very driver friendly, the staff are very helpful!!!!! so if somebody deliveries to here or from here, it is just make their life hapier... the dirver helped by clean signs, they have opportunity use the shower room, toalett and resting room with free cofee automat, all these places were clean and useful... it was a good experience
