★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried to send an envelope via Dhl but the lady at the counter didn't show any interest in serving me. She put me on the side and took all other customers even though they arrived after me. When I told her that I was waiting for a long time she said that she had no time to take care of my request. She was totally unpolite and clearly disrespectful. She even told me that I could go elsewhere. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life and I am not so young. If you want to send something through Dhl, avoid going to this place.
