Problemen met aannemers die door hun werden aangeraden, problemen van waterinfiltratie in de kelder van bij het begin. Hiervoor zelfs een advocaat ingeschakeld, en nog bleven ze hun verantwoordelijkheid ontlopen tot het einde, tot ik mijn huis verkocht heb. Bovendien een boete gekregen door de verkeerd geïnstalleerde ventilatie, die door hen werd “opgevolgd “. Voor deze opvolging heb ik trouwens extra betaald.
 Good to sell their services, but once the contract is signed they leave you to your own devices. Problems with contractors recommended by them, problems of water infiltration in the basement from the start. Even called in a lawyer for this, and they still evaded their responsibility until the end, until I sold my house. In addition, received a fine for the incorrectly installed ventilation, which was "followed up" by them. I paid extra for this follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous services - my boyfriend's house suffered serious water infiltration problems and they evaded responsibility for it.
When you build your house, you expect your architect's full compliance with local regulations (boyfriend got a fine for poorly installed ventilation), solid knowledge of building processes and a sound and stable home that doesn't crack in the foundation.
Eventually, the house was sold but not after countless cleanups of the basement which was always flooded when it rained and endless messages (through a lawyer) to the architect. Avoid these people at any cost, unless you enjoy carrying water in buckets out of your flooded basement til the end of time..
