★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke service door competente bankbedienden. Ze kunnen veel regelen en de kosten liggen veel lager dan bij andere banken. Spijtig dat ze recent in het nieuws in een slecht daglicht zijn gekomen.
Friendly service by competent bank employees. They can arrange a lot and the costs are much lower than with other banks. We are sorry that they have recently appeared in the news in a bad light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met 'zeer lange wachttijden' is niks nieuws gezegd... maar met het niet navolgen van dossiers, 2x hetzelfde aan documenten verlangen (verloren gelegd ? geen interne communicatie) 'beleggen' de mensen van Deutsche Bank WEL een laatste plaats op het podest van 'service'. Competentie en goede administratie moet je elders zoeken...
Nothing new was said with 'very long waiting times' ... but with not following up files, requiring 2x the same amount of documents (lost? No internal communication), the people of Deutsche Bank DO 'invest' a last place on the podest of 'service'. You have to look elsewhere for competence and good administration ...
