★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High prices for a bad service. None of my criteria had been satisfied (the hairdresser, the brushing, the hair cut, the timing). I asked them to do something for me at the end because I was not satisfied, but they did not. I am totally ready to pay the price for a good quality, but that was not the case. This moment should be nice for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend went to get her toenails done and her hair dyed and straightened. She said they filed her nails wonky. Used a dried out nail polish and put a different colour on the pinkie toe. Unacceptable quality of service and it cost 55 euros for a bad pedicure and dodgy painting. The dyeing (only a root top-up!!!!) was good and the straightening was fine but nothing amazing and it cost 130 euros! The hairdresser didn't speak English. At the till no one spoke English to explain the prices. The prices are ridiculous! Far too expensive for the service
