F	Frederic Feron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je ne conseillerai pas se marchent de tapis le patron Marc ne connait rien à son métier juste un vendeur j'ai pris une cuisine et malheureusement beaucoup de problèmes mauvaise mesure pièce manquante mauvaise communication entre leurs artisans du retard et quand quelque ne fonctionnent pas c'est de la faute du client I will not advise walking carpets the boss Marc does not know anything about his job just a salesman I took a kitchen and unfortunately a lot of problems bad measurement missing piece bad communication between their craftsmen delay and when something does not work it is the customer's fault

Starting with the design of the kitchen − small area available, yet excellent utilisation of space while addressing all our requirements. Next was the choice of the appliances – wide range of options as the company works with all major producers in the field. Then, choosing the colours and material for the doors and worktop − done distantly because of Covid, yet we could not have made a better choice thanks to the patient and excellent explanations from Design Partner. Finally, the assembling of the whole kitchen. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were always addressed. Design Partner dealt with all of the above professionally, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Moreover, most of it in English, well, this is for the expats :). Highly recommended!

Part of the kitchen does not fit the measurements, existing installations are not taken into account. Bad assembly, one door turning the opposite way than in the plan, sink tap leaking from the first day. Called to complain and received threats because they had not seen the payment for the product in their account - simply because it was made from an account with my maiden name while the project was on my husband's name; did not bother to check the communication or the date, although proof of payment had been sent. Better stay away.
