M	Marianne Marsaud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon dernier rendez-vous a été raté car ma charmante dentiste a pris une urgence... j ai donc poireauté 40 minutes sans que les secrétaires puissent m informer du retard... Aujourd'hui, j appelle pour un rendez-vous en urgence et pas possible avant le lendemain 15h ... heure où je dois récupérer ma fille à l école!. La secrétaire est bien mignonne mais a sa réponse elle s est imaginée que je consulterai un autre dentiste de ce centre!!! Je trouve cela scandaleux d avoir été tenue de reporter mon rendez-vous à cause d une urgence! Et lorsque je nécessite une intervention urgente... euh je dois attendre qu un créneaux se libere ! My last appointment was missed because my charming dentist took an emergency ... so I waited 40 minutes without the secretaries being able to inform me of the delay ... Today, I call for an emergency appointment and not possible until 3pm the next day ... time when I have to pick up my daughter from school !. The secretary is very cute but when she answered she imagined that I would consult another dentist at this center !!! I find it outrageous that I had to postpone my appointment because of an emergency! And when I need urgent intervention ... uh I have to wait for a slot to become available!

Cela fait déjà plusieurs années que nous y allons et nous avons rarement été déçus. I highly recommend this dental office, there are very good dentists with quality care. We have been going there for several years now and have rarely been disappointed.

S	Scott Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to give a BIG thank you to Cabinet Dentaire in Mons. I had a dental emergency last weekend--a broken tooth. I dont speak French but heard that they had some understanding of English at the clinic. I sent an email Monday morning and Lorena responded immediately with an appointment for me the next day. Dr Slim and his assistant were fantastic. I was very nervous when I had my tooth extraction It was a difficult procedure as the tooth had broken off in the gum. They were so nice and calming during the procedure(which took an hour). After a few days I thought it might be infected so I emailed them and asked for another appointment to check. Today(Saturday) Dr Slim actually called to check on me and ask how I was doing. So nice. He assured me that all was normal and to email him if I needed anything. Wonderful, professional service was provided to me.

He treated my wife's root canal and did so in Spanish. Having a staff of linguist/dentists so close to SHAPE (4.5 km) is perfect! Many thanks!
