★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service de l'atelier est top et efficace, les vendeurs aussi, par contre à l'accueil c'est autre chose. La personne doit assumer trop de choses et des lors l'accueil se passe dans le stress. Pas plus de trois personnes à l'accueil ok pour ces mesures indispensables, j'ai pu attendre dehors et ils ont fermé le volet sans aucune explication et autre forme de courtoisie. Par temps de pluie et sans abri que fait on ? N'y a-t-il pas assez de place dans le show room pour faire patienter les clients quelques instants ?
The service in the workshop is top notch and efficient, as are the salespeople, but at the reception it's something else. The person has to take on too much and therefore the reception is stressful. No more than three people at the reception ok for these essential measures, I was able to wait outside and they closed the shutter without any explanation and other form of courtesy. In rainy weather and homeless, what do we do? Isn't there enough room in the show room to make customers wait a few moments?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waarom een score 3? Ik ben nog geen klant maar ben er 2 uur geleden binnen gelopen (vestiging Heist) om de nieuwe Arkana eens te zien. Zeker 15 minuten rond, in en uit de auto geweest...door geen mens aangesproken. Eenmaal is er een medewerkster toevallig om de hoek gekomen, me zien staan en...niets. Geen woord. T zal aan mij liggen maar ik vind dit maar zo zo...
Why a score 3? I'm not a customer yet, but I walked in (Heist branch) 2 hours ago to see the new Arkana. At least 15 minutes around, in and out of the car ... not spoken to by anyone. Once an employee happened to come around the corner, saw me and ... nothing. Not a word. It's just me but I think this is just the way it is...

Nooit meer
Replaced tire, waiting 3 days for car. Check back door lock, completely new lock according to the garage. At another garage 3 min. work. Etc etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left dissapointed !!! First no parking for clients have to park far away on other streets , go inside after 15 min looking at the cars entering them nobody told my even Hello ?? so i left !! Big dislike so after i left i bought a car from other dealer haha !!!
