Je n'ai jamais eu aucun soucis avec. je conseille vraiment cette société. Leur personnel est compétent, ponctuel et sympa ! Delmelle Energie has installed and maintained my Okofen boiler for 5 years now. I never had any problems with it. I really recommend this company. Their staff are competent, punctual and friendly!

Despite the fact that I am a demanding customer, I want to emphasize the speed of installation, the attention to detail as well as the requirement of the son to the optimal operation of the boiler.

A part charger du pellet dans le silo, rien à faire :-) Le cendrier se vide très rarement et il n'y a pas de nettoyage à effectuer ! L'application permet de programmer et de gérer la chaudière à distance. Le fait qu'elle soit accessible, via internet, aux techniciens nous rassure quant à une éventuelle panne mais depuis plus de deux mois, rien à déplorer :-) Le prix est peut-être plus élevé que dans d'autres marques mais une fois installée, quelle tranquillité ! Finally a pellet boiler that works very well! Apart from loading pellets into the silo, nothing to do :-) The ashtray is very rarely emptied and there is no cleaning to be done! The app allows you to program and manage the boiler remotely. The fact that it is accessible, via the internet, to technicians reassures us as to a possible breakdown but for more than two months, nothing to regret :-) The price is perhaps higher than in other brands but once installed, what peace!
