3 semaines que j'essaie de joindre l'entreprise par téléphone en laissant des messages et pas de retours.
Je décide d'envoyer un mail, on me répond 4 jours après en me demandant mes disponibilités. Super, j'envoie la réponse et une semaine après, toujours pas de nouvelles.
Je n'ose même pas imaginer le service client après les travaux....
I absolutely do not recommend!
I have been trying to reach the company by phone for 3 weeks leaving messages and no returns.
I decide to send an email, they answer me 4 days later asking me my availability. Great, I send the answer and a week later, still no news.
I can't even imagine the customer service after the works...
