β β β β β I bought insurance through this broker and had my plate sent to a parcel collection point near my address. It wasn't accepted and was returned to Bpost who then lost it for 2 weeks. Steve from Dego called and emailed them everyday until the plate was found and sent back to the DIV for me to collect. I honestly believe that without his persistence, professionalism and sympathy for my situation, I wouldn't have had the situation resolved so quickly, if at all. I'd recommend this broker to everyone. Thank you Steve!!
